System Maintenance: Thinkific will experience a temporary degradation on April 25, during between 4 PM and 7 PM Pacific Apr 25, 2024 16:00-19:00 PDT

Thinkific will be performing an upgrade on our systems on the 25th April, 4 PM - 7 PM Pacific. We expect minimal duration for this improvement of under 4 minutes (Most likely 1-2 minutes) of degradation, but please be aware it could take longer. We will make updates to this notice as we progress through the upgrade

Latencies in many areas of Thinkific

Resolved - This incident has been resolved!
Some issues that users would have experienced include:
- Seeing an error after a payment was processed and delay in seeing the user created and enrolled in the appropriate product
- Delays in Zap triggering due to the event not processing
- Bulk enrollments failing to process promptly
- Delays in creating a new user
- Delays in seeing a new order in the order report
- Delays in video processing
- Delays in receiving an email notification as a site admin or student
and overall latencies.

All systems are fully operational! We appreciate your patience during this incident and apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Thinkific is experiencing a reduction of service with videos

Resolved - Thinkific was a little slow serving requests for a small period of time. Our engineers identified the problem, implemented a fix and everything is now back to normal. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thanks for your patience!
