Technical Support Team Member

You’ll work directly with our clients, helping them setup and configure their sites. Talking to them about how Thinkific can solve their problems and help them to grow their business. You’ll also be prime on technical escalations between our customer support and engineering teams, to ensure customer impacting bugs and issues are identified and resolved upfront.
Skills and experience you will need:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- The ability to troubleshoot issues across all the common browsers.
- A flare for translating product features into tangible benefits for customers.
- About 2-4 years experience in a similar role.

- You’ll be involved in the QA of new features as they are released and work closely with the dev team.
