Can you turn platform complexity into scalable solutions that help growing businesses operate with confidence? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Thinkific Plus.
As the Senior Product Manager working in Thinkific Plus, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our highest-tier customer segment—growing B2B and advanced B2C creators who demand operational scale, platform extensibility, and streamlined team workflows.
This role is laser-focused on enabling scale: building the tools, workflows, and infrastructure mid-market and enterprise customers need to operate efficiently across regions, teams, and verticals—without bloating the platform for smaller customers.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, GTM teams, and other Product Managers responsible for Commerce, AI, Pricing & Packaging (PnP), and Core Learning Experience. Your job isn’t to own payments, learning, or APIs directly, but to ensure that Plus customers can use those capabilities at scale.
Your goal will be to define and drive the roadmap for Thinkific Plus—empowering mid-market and enterprise customers to scale efficiently and operate with confidence. Here’s how you’ll accomplish this:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Thinkific Plus, balancing two strategic imperatives:
- Scale enablement: Empowering smaller Plus customers to grow with confidence through simplicity and operational efficiency.
- Ecosystem Access: Enabling higher-end customers to integrate deeply and programmatically throughout broader platform capabilities.
- Build Thinkific Plus specific capabilities that enable operational efficiency at scale—like role-based access controls, team management, bulk actions, enterprise-style configuration, advanced reporting, and governance tools.
- Develop infrastructure to support global expansion and customization workflows, including localization toggles, segmentation, and offer flexibility (outside of core pricing logic).
- Collaborate with other Product Managers across Commerce, Pricing & Packaging, AI & Extensibility, and Core Learning to ensure Plus-specific needs are integrated—not duplicated—across the platform.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand customer workflows, blockers, and success paths—especially during implementation and scaling phases.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, using a mix of customer feedback, adoption data, and business impact to focus on what delivers the most value.
- Define and track KPIs such as time to onboard, feature adoption, user admin efficiency, and expansion rates within the Plus segment.
- Champion Platform Thinking by prioritizing modular, scalable product design that works across org types and integrates cleanly with the rest of Thinkific’s platform.
The person we have in mind likely:
- Brings 5+ years of SaaS Product Management experience, ideally focused on platform features for scaling B2B or mid-market customers.
- Has deep expertise in operational workflows—think user roles, permissions, team structures, and multi-entity environments.
- Understands how customers integrate across tools like CRM, analytics, content platforms, and marketing systems, even if you’re not directly building the APIs.
- Has a strong track record of cross-functional leadership, working across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to drive alignment (without stepping on toes).
- Knows how to balance customer insights with product data, making smart tradeoffs and prioritizing what matters most.
- Is a systems thinker who designs for scale, not just for today—someone who builds clean, modular frameworks instead of piling on features.
- Thrives in agile environments, shipping iteratively while keeping a clear eye on long-term strategic outcomes.
- Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business
These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:
- Experience building product tiers or packaging for enterprise or mid-market customers.
- Background in learning platforms, the creator economy, or vertical SaaS products.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2, GDPR, or ISO—and how they impact product decisions.
- Understanding of partner enablement and how to design for broader platform ecosystems.
The recruitment compensation range for this position is $110,000 – $145,000 CAD. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
