We know you have questions about how your content and data are used with AI. With enterprise-grade security, clear content ownership, and safeguards built in, we’re committed to privacy and your peace of mind.
Your content never trains AI models
Thinkific only partners with companies that contractually agree not to train their models on your content (including AWS Bedrock, Google AI, and OpenAI). If any data improves platform-level functionality, it’s anonymized or aggregated — never attributed to you.
You own inputs and outputs
You retain full ownership of both the content you create and everything Thinker generates based on your content. We will never use your content (original or AI-generated) without your explicit consent.
Built-in safeguards against harmful content
Multiple protections reduce the risk of inappropriate AI-generated content, including moderation filters and alignment with OWASP Top 10 for large language model applications.
Enterprise-grade partner vetting
Every AI sub-processor undergoes security, privacy, and legal reviews — the same rigor a Fortune 100 CIO would demand. We sign Standard Contractual Clauses and continuously monitor performance. If we add a new sub-processor, you’ll receive at least 15 days’ notice via email.
Minimal data retention
Data shared with sub-processors exists off-platform only long enough to fulfill requests and satisfy short-term abuse monitoring. After that, it’s deleted.
