About

I co-founded the Lavender Dragon Team with my son Amadeus and we have brought together a talented team of instructional designers, graphic designers, video editors and animators to help you bring your course to life.

Before starting the company, I lead a team of 20 instructional designers creating engaging, innovative, and award-winning content. I bring a strong background in education, course design, engagement, and a splash of fun.

I combine my experience as an ATD Master Instructional Designer, Octalysis training, and my role as a Thinkific Expert to help you bring your course to life.
