Thinkific Plus $501 Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer End Date: February 27, 2026 (or earlier, if cap is reached)

  1. Overview.

    Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”) is offering a referral incentive program (the “Offer”) for learning professionals, program managers, and instructional designers who refer their company or organization (the “Referring Participant”) to Thinkific’s Plus platform (“Thinkific Plus”). Qualified Referring Participants who meet the eligibility and participation requirements set out in Sections 2 and 3 of these terms will receive a $501 (CAD/USD, as applicable) Amazon Gift Card incentive reward within 30 days of their organization subscribing for a Thinkific Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum annual plan by February 27, 2026.

    The Offer is limited to a maximum total payout of 10 qualified rewards. Once this cap is reached, the Offer will automatically close unless extended by Thinkific in writing.
  2. Eligibility.

    To qualify for the Offer, Referring Participants must:
    • 2.1 – Be an employee, contractor, or representative of an organization that fits Thinkific Plus’s target customer profile (mid-market or enterprise, 25+ employees, offering customer or partner education programs) and hold a role as a learning professional, program manager, instructional designer, or similar position with responsibility for learning and development initiatives.
    • 2.2 – Be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation and legally eligible to receive promotional rewards in their jurisdiction.
    • 2.3 – Not be an existing Thinkific Plus customer, reseller, agency, or partner at the time of referral submission and the organization must be a net-new customer (not an upgrade or downgrade from any existing Thinkific services).
    • 2.4 – Have the authority or ability to facilitate an introduction between their organization and Thinkific’s Plus Sales team and participate in the sales process as needed.
  3. How to Participate
    • 3.1 – Submit your interest through the designated Thinkific Plus referral form or official campaign page during the Offer period.
    • 3.2 – A Thinkific Plus Sales representative will review your submission to determine if your organization meets eligibility criteria within 10 business days of submission.
    • 3.3 – To qualify for the reward:
      • 3.3.1 – A qualified discovery call must take place between your organization and the Thinkific Plus Sales team.
      • 3.3.2 – A contract for Thinkific Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum annual plan must be signed by February 27, 2026 (or before the program cap is reached).
    • 3.4 – Once verified, Thinkific will issue the $501 CAD Amazon Gift Card to the Referring Participant within 30 business days of the contract signing.
  4. Reward Details
    • 4.1 – Rewards will be issued as Amazon Gift Cards delivered digitally to the email address provided by the Referring Participant.
    • 4.2 – Rewards are limited to 10 total qualified payouts or a maximum program budget of $5,000, whichever occurs first.
    • 4.3 – Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash equivalents. Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions of use.
  1. Limitations and Disqualification.

    Thinkific reserves the right to disqualify any Referring Participant or organization if:
    • 5.1 – The referral submission contains false or misleading information.
    • 5.2 – The Referring Participant is determined to have violated any applicable laws or company policies.
    • 5.3 – The referred organization fails to meet the eligibility or qualification criteria (e.g., non-ICP, pre-existing customer).
    • 5.4 – Thinkific reasonably suspects abuse, manipulation, or bad faith participation in the Offer.
    • 5.5 – The contract is cancelled, terminated, or refunded within 30 days of signing.
  2. Taxes and Reporting.

    Referring Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that may apply to receipt of the incentive reward under local laws or regulations. Thinkific may be required to report rewards to applicable tax authorities and may request tax identification information from Referring Participants.
  1. Program Changes and Termination.

    Thinkific reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice, including adjusting eligibility criteria, reward amount, or timing, at its sole discretion.

    The Offer will automatically end once the total program cap of $5,000 (10 qualified rewards) is reached, unless Thinkific elects to extend or renew it in writing.
  2. Miscellaneous
    • Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    • Any disputes arising from or related to this Offer shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
    • This Offer is void where prohibited by law.
