Built for connection
Annual company off-site
Once a year, all Thinkers come together in person for our annual offsite. Over two energizing days, we zoom out to focus on what’s ahead for Thinkific—hearing directly from customers, aligning on big picture priorities, and celebrating the work we’ve done together. With plenty of time for fun, connection, happy hours, and a signature gala, it’s one of the big highlights of our year!
Social and team events
Intentional connection between Thinkers in real life and virtually is important to us. It’s part of how we work and how our culture comes to life. Thinkers come together through monthly Thinker Mixer happy hours at our Vancouver HQ, as well as social events across hubs in Canada and the U.S.
Teams also connect throughout the year during team specific onsites at our HQ, creating space to collaborate and spend meaningful time together. We have many virtual moments too—from Blue Sky Week (our internal hackathon!), Town Halls to Lunch & Learns!

Remote friendly
We’re a distributed team working in a flexible, hybrid environment. Choose to work from home, at a co-working space, or anywhere there’s strong Wi-Fi for a change of scenery. Wherever you are, you’ll be supported by the tools, systems, and team you need to do your best work.
Vancouver HQ Office
Join us at Vancouver’s dog-friendly HQ for some face to face time! Use a desk for the day or book a meeting room for larger groups. Enjoy kombucha on tap, snacks on demand, and coffee and tea to keep you fueled.
