DEIB Advisory group
A leadership-supported open forum where all employees can join to contribute their ideas and perspectives on DEIB programs and initiatives, or simply listen in on the topics of discussion.

Inclusive benefits and programs
This includes generous coverage for mental health services, gender affirmation surgery, fertility benefits, and a family-friendly parental leave top-up program for biological and adoptive parents.

Employee resource groups
Our various Slack groups are trusted safe spaces for groups and allies to gain a deeper understanding of histories and lived experiences, while leaving space for open conversation and connection.

Growing diverse talent
We focus on building diverse candidate pipelines through publishing job descriptions using gender-neutral language, training hiring teams on managing unconscious bias, using standardized scorecards for interviews, and more!

DEIB State of Affairs
An internal document for all team members to view an annual snapshot of the current state of DEIB policies and practices at Thinkific, and to promote transparency and understanding of where we are today, as well as what opportunities remain.

Continuous learning
We recognize and acknowledge the importance of yearly celebrations such as Black History Month and Pride Month through information sharing and vulnerable conversations during DEIB-focused Lunch and Learns.
